This week, I've been on 3 radio shows talking about the Manchester Egg. First up was BBC Radio Manchester with Alan Beswick, that featured a great clip of people tasting and loving the eggs at The Castle last Friday.

I then did a phone interview with Shaun Keaveny on his BBC 6Music Breakfast show. Jon took down some eggs to the studio, met Seasick Steve, Lauren Laverne and everyone bloody loved them.

On wednesday I popped in to the XFM Manchester studios for a chat with Pete Mitchell. Phew, what a hectic media schedule. Pete didn't think he was going to try one, but once I got them out, still warm from the fryer he soon changed his mind, and quickly became another convert.
